Abstract: Corporate services that move in the health field other than the hospital one of them clinics. Clinic development is characterized by increase and decrease of the number of treated patients and poor patient satisfaction index to health service quality. The number of public patients who went to clinic declined from 2013 to 2016 (medical records of Mulia Asih Clinic of Tangerang, 2017). Due to reduced number of general patient, service quality should be addressed to create patients loyal to the clinic and who are supported by patient satisfaction. Abstract: The purpose of this researchis to investigate the effects of working stress, job satisfaction, organizational climate to turnover intention on Mayapada Hospital nurses. The deep theory analysis of variables affecting turnover intentions brings the researcher to develop a research model consisting of four variables which are working stress, job satisfaction, organizational climate, and turnover intentions as well as three research hypotheses. Instruments of data collection using questionnaires, sample of 121 respondents who are nurses Mayapada Hospital. Then, data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of three research hypotheses test using SEM shows that job stress did not affect job satisfaction, organizational climate has an influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has influence to turnover intention.

Abstract: India is a developing country, 68.84% of Indian population resides in villages (According to Census 2011). Being an agrarian economy, majority of the population depends upon agriculture to earn a living. On an average, women make up about 43% of the agricultural labour force in developing countries. The gender inequality exists in demographic composition of a society depicted by the socio-economic conditions of female population, poverty, their literacy rate, employment opportunities, life expectancy etc. Census 2011 depicts that female population accounts for 48.5% of the total Indian population. Women need helping hands to improve their condition, they have no access to credits, they are unaware of financial terms/ products etc. Women are the most deprived ones in this Indian........

Abstract: Development of Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia has increased yearly, but this is not followed by SMEs financing in shariah banking, which the proportion is relatively decreasing in a couple years. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Deposit or third party fund to MSME financing and also to analyze the implication of MSME Financing to Shariah banks profitability . This study uses a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to see the long term effect and response to shock that occur in the studied variables. The result shows that in the short run and the long run CAR has negative and significant effect to MSME Financing. DPK, NPF, BOPO dan FDR has positive significant to MSME financing in the long term. DPK, CAR, NPF has positive significant to Shariah Banks Profitability in the long term. BOPO and NPF has positive significant in the short run. Shock to CAR are negatively responsed by MSME financing. Shock to MSME Financing are negatively responsed by Shariah Banks Profitability (ROA) and will stable in a long term...
