Abstract: Population problem is a concern that has gain prominence in recent years. Contraception has been the single most important intervention to reduce maternal death rate to 25-30%. Measuring the level of awareness of contraception provide a useful measure of the success of information, education and communication activities and help to identify the areas that need to be strengthened. The aim of the study was to assess the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice regarding adoption of Contraceptive Methods among Married Women. A quantitative descriptive study was adopted for the study. Abstract: Aim of Study: The aim of the study was to conduct a randomized control trial to compare the effectiveness of core stabilization exercises on floor and Swiss ball on pain, disability and range of motion in non-specific low back pain patients.
