|Title||:||The Effect of Temperature and Humidity on Electric Charge Amount of polypropylene Melt-Blown Nonwoven Fabric|

Abstract: It's well known that the electret charge storage has a positive correlation with electret filters. However, in many cases, the charge storage performance of electret filters would be influenced by the surrounding environment, such as chemicals, solvents, oil mist, temperature, and humidity. In our current work, the electret charge storage of polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabrics were evaluated under different temperature (25℃, 50℃, 75℃, 100℃) and humidity (60%, 80%, and 95%)at different time interval by SIMCO FMX-004 electrostatic fieldmeter. The results showed that the crystallinity and grain size changed when nonwoven fabrics treated under high temperature, the charge storage performance increased when the electret filters exposed to an elevated temperature condition, and thecharge storage performance decreased when the electret filters exposed to higher humidity.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the effects of production parameters of knitting section. The investigations have been conducted on two knitting machines namely Wellknit and Pailung. Yarn breakage rate with respect to yarn count, type of yarn, rpm and number of feeders of the machine have been analyzed. Moreover, fabric production rate with respect to machine diameter and machine rpm were investigated. Finally, the production cost of a knitting machine with respect to machine diameter was analyzed. Result reveals the direct proportional relation between rpm with production, yarn tension, breakage and inverse relations with machine diameter and yarn count. However, yarn breakage inversely related with machine efficiency. Also, yarn count and yarn type (KH/CH) affects production.

|Title||:||The effect of image segmentation on the determination of porosity of woven textiles through image processing|

Abstract: The processing of grayscale images of woven macrostructures is a fast way for determination of their porosity. The method is suitable for complex macrostructures and textiles with uneven distribution and size of the pores. The study aims to assess the effect of the image segmentation threshold on the porosity determination. The experimental results from the image processing are compared with results from the theoretical determination of the porosity, based on geometrical models. The analysis allows determining some recommended values of the threshold for different types of woven macrostructures.

Abstract: The works reported in this paper outlines the concepts of raw material selection, control of various process parameters in the preparatory processes like blow room, carding, combing preparatory (lap forming), combing, simplex, ring frame and winding to optimize the process conditions, and analysis and interpretation of various types of test reports to find out the source of fault. In order to quality management to do some procedure such as cotton fibreselection , Bale management system, Control of wastes in spinning control of neps , fibre rupture ,control of count, strength and its variation, yarn evenness and imperfection ,short-term irregularity, Interpretation and analysis of diagram, Control of yarn hairiness in spun yarns, yarn faults, productivity of a spinning mill &yarn quality. Therefore, this paper demonstrates the process model to produce comb yarn and assess the comb yarn performance.

Abstract: This article focused on the effect of spirality, shrinkage and the GSM (Gram per square meter) of different types of knit fabris by changing the count and stitch length. Textile industries face some common problems regarding the selection of accurate GSM, count and stitch length as inappropriate selection create poor spirality, shrinkage as well as desired GSM fails to achieve. Different types of fabrics were produced with different count and with relevant stitch length where it is found that if the count(Ne) increases then the GSM decreases. It is also found that higher count and smaller loop length give better shrinkage and spirality. This study is based on finished GSM of knit fabric where yarn counts used were 24Ne, 28Ne, 26Ne, 20Ne for S/J. In this experiment, we compared both the theoretical as well as the practical implications from the industry and we have also tried our best to emphasize on the adjustable points of fabric GSM, Spirality, Shinkage, count and stitch length directly or indirectly. This study establishes an acceptable result which would be preferable for the effective use and would also facilitate for carrying out further activities related with this research.

Abstract: Effect of dangonyaro leaf extort (Azadirachta indica) as a oxidization inhibitor of M- steel were studied. This were studied at various concentrations of HCl of 0.1 mol L-1, 0.3 mol L-1 and 0.5 mol L -1 of temperatures of 30oC, 40oC and 50oC. Infusion method of extraction was examined for the extract preparation. The inhibition efficiency of M- steel in 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 mol L-1 HCl increases as the as the concentrations of extracts temperatures increased. Dangonyaro extracts is an excellent inhibitor for M- steel in HCl. The adsorption procedure of components of spent dangonyaro grounds extracts obeyed the Langmuir adsoption isotherm. R- surface technique in design expert software which was utilized to sketch the experiment for weight loss showed a good results.The result of Anova for the corrosion rate implies that the model is considerable . Mathematical models in terms of coded for the inhibition competence of dangonyaro leaf extort in HCl were obtained by employing RSM tools of expert design software. The predicted and measured inhibition efficiencies got proves that RSM approach was suitable for optimizing the oxidization inhibition process.
