Abstract: This paper seeks to explain the relationship between variables of index futures, stock futures, index options and stock options etc., from BSE to the NSE. The main objective of this paper to know the relationship between variables from one variable of BSE to NSE in terms of index futures, stock futures, index options and stock options and offer suitable suggestions to increase the turnover volume of equity derivative segments. The required data obtained from the existing literature and review. The study found that there was a weak relationship between the turnover value of index futures of BSE to turnover value of index futures of NSE, and also the study came out with there was a moderate relationship existed in the following pairs. Turnover value of stock futures of BSE to turnover value of stock futures of NSE, turnover value of Index option of BSE of Call option to the turnover value of index option of NSE of call option, turnover value of index option of put option of BSE to turnover value of index option of put option of NSE, turnover value of call option of stock option of BSE to turnover value of call option of stock option of NSE, and total turnover value of equity segment of BSE & total turnover value of equity segment of NSE. The study also found that there was a very strong relationship between the turnover value of put option of stock option of NSE to the turnover value of put option of stock option of BSE, finally concluded that there was a significant difference of the above said pairs, due to their significant values were less than 0.05

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is gaining prominence in schools and colleges across the world. Almost all management post graduate degree program in our country teach the subject through lecture, experiential or a combination of both the methods. The purpose is to make the student aware about the subject and may be to make their entrepreneurial intention stronger. It has been found that individual's intention influences subsequent behavior. Therefore it is pertinent to study factors that influence the formation of intention. This study specifically delves upon the demographic factors that impact the formation of entrepreneurial intention in management students. This study is drawn upon the widely used intentional paradigm i.e the theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991).

Abstract: Brand awareness on brand which constitutes the success of a brand. The present study is an attempt to update their understanding of the attributes of the products and the role of brand awareness of personal care brands among in Chennai district respondents. The questionnaires were distributed hundred respondents by using convenient sampling techniques. Data was analyzed by Simple percentage and one sample't' test for this study.

Abstract:Beels (wetlands) of C. D. Block Krishnagar-II cover an area of 886.972 acres or 363.67 km2. There are 12 wetlands (Recorded under B.L. & L.R.O, Krishnagar-II) in the block, having area more or equal to 5 acres. Amongst these 12 wetlands, 5 are major beels. Hansadanga Beel has an area of 178.08 acres, Nowpara Beel 240.89 acres, Satitala Beel 43.37 acres, Baro Beel 87.46 acres and Rukunpur Beel 46.96 acres. These beels have enormous potential to be developed as Alternative Tourism centers based on rural culture and festivals of Bengal related to water bodies. But inspite of enormous potential, Nadia district in general and this block in particular is totally insignificant from the view point of wetland-based tourism. This paper has prepared the blue print how this block can emerge as a significant tourists place based on these beels. Data for this study were collected from office of the B.L. & L.R.O, Krishnagar-II, District Fishery Office, Nadia and from Field survey.

Abstract:This study aim is to examine the efficiency in the Takaful industry of Bangladesh. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to explore the contributions of technical and efficiency changes to the growth of productivity in the Takaful industries of Bangladesh by using descriptive statistics such as mean, median, standard deviation, minimum & maximum and efficiency (Constant Returns to Scale & Variable Returns to Scale) applying the generalized output-oriented Malmquist index for the years 2009-2011. The output-input data consists of a panel of all (06) Takaful companies (03 life and 03 non-life) in Bangladesh. This study utilizes two inputs and two outputs, namely, commission and management as well as premium and net investment income, respectively. In the DEA technique, efficiency is measured by the Malmquist index. The Malmquist efficiency measures have two components: the efficiency change and technical change index. Efficiency change is again combined by pure efficiency and scale efficiency.

Abstract:As consumer markets have expanded globally, the role of advertising mediums has gained significant prominence.
