Title | : | Computational Analysys on Three Axis Antennae Stabilization System |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | M.Suneetha || K.Sunitha |
Abstract: The antennae a stabilization system called 3-axis antennae stabilization system is developed. deviation of antenna through some angle and is tracked by the position sensor. The incremental encoder is used as sensor , it receives signal from the PLC and the tilt sensor which senses orientation /tilt sends a signal. Which is compared with the reference at comparator and the difference signal is sent to PLC for making necessary corrections in the tilt. Satellite antennas are used in rolling and pitching requires stabilization in order to accurately receive or transmit data. In many defense and space application require telemetry, tracking, command and control signals to guide Missile trajectory to hit a target or place satellite into space. Main aim is to reduce the speed, weight and height of the existing configuration. For reducing the speed we replaced the existing drive gear azimuth by gearbox so as to get gear ratio 16:1. All parts are modeled by using the CATIA software and analysis with ANSYS software. The moment of inertia and weight of existing system is compared with modified system using the CATIA software. Using that inertia weight of the system and torque of the motor is calculated from that the motor is selected.

Authors | : | Prof PPC Prasad || Ch.Ranga Rao || K Suresh Babu || R Rajesh |
Abstract: Tyre failure is a common phenomenon in all types of two or four wheelers. In case of four wheelers removal of the damaged tyre from the wheel for replacement with a new one is a tedious process and time consuming. Varieties of tools are available in market for this purpose. However, they are either expensive or work with some sort of power. This paper aims at designing and fabricating a cost effective gadget for removal and tightening the wheel nuts of a car with minimum mechanical effort. The gadget is tested on a mostly used car and found suitable for field applications

Abstract: All resistance welding processes are based on the heat that is produced at the interface due to resistance for the flow of electric current through the metal parts being joined. The amount of heat generated basically depends on the magnitude of the current, the duration of current flow and the load transmitted to the inter face. Spot welding is now a very established process in which two sheets to be welded are kept one over the other to get a nugget at the interface. The contact resistance at the interface dictates the quantum of heat that is generated...........

Title | : | Numerical Simulation of INCONNEL 625 Alloy Deformation Behaviors Using Equal Channel Angular Extrusion Process With Different Die Angles |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | A.Lavanya || P.Venkateshwar reddy || Dr. P. Janaki Ramulu |
Abstract: Extrusion is a process in which the work piece is forced to flow through a die opening by applying compressive force to produce a desired cross-sectional shape. In this process a few significant drawbacks are presented like only single pass process; surface cracking occurs due to the extrusion temperature, friction and high speed of ram. Sometimes with lower temperatures the extruded product will temporarily sticks to the die. To overcome these drawbacks, the equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) is introduced. ECAE is a special deformation technique. This ECAE process is significant for cold and hot work; it can perform without changing the cross-sectional area of the deformed part............

Title | : | Design and manufacturing of square broach tool |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Balaji D Tandle || K. Nagarjuna |
Abstract: Broach tool is a multi-point cutting tool consisting a bar having surface containing a series of cutting teeth or edges which are gradually increase in size from the starting or entering and to the rear end. Broaches are used for machining either internal or external surface (i.e. sizing of holds and cutting of serrations, straight or helical planes, gun rifling and key ways). The quality of broach tool is maintained by grinding operation. Broaching is used when precision machining is required, especially for odd shapes. Commonly machined surfaces include circular and non-circular shapes. Even though broaches can be expensive, broaching is usually favored over other process when used for high quality production runs. It is capable of production rates as much as 25 times faster than any traditional metal removing methods..........

Authors | : | Dr. Bejagam Naga Raju |
Abstract: There exists contention on the prevalence of co-ordinations control frameworks. CONWIP and Kanban frameworks are centered around and dissected in this proposition. CONWIP is a wellknown creation control framework, and a few papers have demonstrated it has preferred execution over a Kanban framework. Our examination demonstrates that the Kanban framework is more adaptable for the get together framework under worry as for a given target than CONWIP framework. We look at single-item gathering frameworks with boundless request toward the finish of the sequential construction system. Sometimes, if the quantity of kanbans at each assembling/collecting station is ideally set, the Kanban framework beats CONWIP framework with a lower normal WIP and a similar level of throughput. That is, the appropriation of kanbans can be a critical plan parameter of the framework.
