ABSTRACT: The Present study was conducted at Nepal Polytechnic Institute, Bharatpur, Nepal. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effect of Tiletamine-Zolazepam (TZ) combination at different dose rate and Ketamine-Diazepam (KD) combination in rabbits for their impact on physiological parameters and biochemical parameters, and tissue structure of the heart.
