Abstract: Effects of prolong administration of aqueous and methanol leaves extract of Vitex doniana and Bombax buonopense on lipid profile of Albino rats was assessed. The rats were randomly assigned to five experimental groups A, B, C, D and E. Group A with 6 rats received only normal saline, rat feed as normal control. Group B and C received aqueous leaf extracts and Group D and E received methanol leaf extracts of Vitex doniana and Bombax buonopense.......

Abstract: The concept of Eugenics is derived from a social philosophical notion supporting the improvement of human genetic traits through selective breeding that has had a debatable history since its inception in the late 19th century. This paper surveys the origins, ideas, beliefs, global ideological expansion, and consequences of eugenic thought. Through a historical and ethical lens, it inspects how eugenics became intertwoven with scientific racism, leading to harmful policies, particularly in Nazi Germany, but also influencing practices in countries like the United States, Britain, and Canada. The paper also discusses the modern genetic research and its potential for reviving eugenic ideologies in modern contemporary society.

Abstract: Enzymes are biological catalysts essential for accelerating chemical reactions in living organisms. These proteins lower the activation energy required for reactions, enhancing reaction rates by several orders of magnitude. Enzyme specificity and regulation are vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental changes. This manuscript provides a comprehensive overview of enzyme structure, function, mechanisms, and regulatory pathways, highlighting their role in metabolism and cellular processes. We also discuss current advancements in enzyme research and their applications in biotechnology and medicine......

Abstract: There has been a rapid growth in the implementation of surgical robots in recent years, this technology brings many advantages to the patients. However, it is complex to operate and requires high precision motor skills and tactical perceptions. While the obstacles remain the same, the continued evolution of this technology promises to enhance surgical care and improve the lives of countless patients in the years to come.
Also known as Robot-Assisted Surgery, RS utilizes specialized robotic platforms to support surgeons in performing delicate operations....
