Abstract: The discovery of the Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR) and CRISPR-associated protein 9 (Cas9) platform is a paradigm shift in the background of genomic architecture and molecular therapeutics. Though Zinc Finger Nucleases (ZFNs) and Transcription Activator-Like Effector Nucleases (TALENs) provided initial capabilities in the area of gene-editing, they were commonly constrained by their high prices, intricate design, and the lack of throughput. Abstract: Background : The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of several preservation methods on the physicochemical quality of tomato fruits. The experiment focused on two preservation techniques: drying (at 50, 55, and 60°C) and lacto-fermentation. Abstract: Overall analysis presents an integrated computational framework for precision oncology targeting KRAS4A mutations in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The workflow combines Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and bioinformatics tools to systematically identify and evaluate potential therapeutic targets.
