Abstract: This paper aims to identify three indicators; leadership style, work environment and organization culture, which significantly influence the employee performance at Kawasan Industri Makassar (Makassar industrial region or KIMA). The fact has shown that the quality of human resources in Indonesia is considered low compared to neighbour countries which affected by various indicatiors that might effect the organization performance. The condition at Kawasan Industri Makassar has shown degradation in practical indicators of human resources management...........

Abstract: In this paper its try to find the good correlation between the roles of management and employees. How satisfy to increase the efficiency and performance of employees to reach the good leadership with higher performance of management. Management is the process of reaching organizational goals by working with and through people and other organizational resources.This paper study about the good leadership in management to find the best definition of management and tools of good leadership and coordination between manager and employee to reach the optimum management and leadership. This work is considered to development of the country in direction of happy future.

Abstract: Consumption behavior is a process done by individual or group in selecting, purchasing, using, and evaluating either the goods or the service to meet their needs. This study aimed to find out consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung students and its influencing factors. Data gathering techniques were questionnaire and data analysis with regression technique. The result of this study showed that behavior consumption of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung students was not consumptive in average.............
