Abstract: In the era of globalization, the demand for quality of higher education is increasing day by day in Bangladesh. But most of the public and private universities fail to meet the emerging demand of high quality education and service quality. To compare and contrast the quality of higher education in public and private universities of Bangladesh, a study was conducted.
