Abstract: Indian Automobile passenger car market is studded with multiple options, with both national and international brands. The availability of such a huge number of options creates a sense of confusion in the consumer decision making regarding buying. The concept of consumerism is growing in such a way that companies need to gauge the clear requirement of consumer so as to create differentiation from other brands. These differentiating parameters may be on the basis of Price, Technology, Luxury, fuel efficiency etc. This paper aims to find those differentiating parameters which are required to make a decision regarding purchasing of passenger cars in Gurugram district. The primary data was collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire from Gurugram district and convenience sampling technique for data collection is used for this purpose.

The spike in bad loans is likely to continue for a few more quarters given that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) remains strained and high leverage levels continue to weigh on corporate resilience, which may pose further risks to banks' asset quality. Public and Private sector banks have stepped............

Abstract: Climate" can be defined as the "relatively enduring quality of the internal environment of the organization that (a) is experienced by its members, (b) influences their behavior, and (c) can be described in term of values of a particular set of characteristics (or attributes) of the environment" (Taguiri R., 1968). Organizational climate is the process of quantifying the "culture" of an organization, it precedes the notion of organizational culture (Reichers, A.E. Arnold Schneider, B., 1990). It is a set of properties of the work environment, perceived directly or indirectly by the employees, that is assumed to be a major force in influencing employee behavior (Gurpreeth Randhawa, Kuldeep Kaur, 2009).............

Abstract: This research paper studied the influence of capital structure on firms' profitability in Nigeria. A sample of five (5) non-monetary companies quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange between 2001 and 2010 are considered. Statistical and econometric tools are employed in the analysis of the data obtained based on three profitability measures selected in the research namely, returns on asset, returns on equity and returns on capital employed. Correlation analysis is used to summarise the initial characterisation of the data, ordinary least squares (OLS) estimations are employed in the estimation models while the F-statistic is used to determine the overall significance of the profitability models developed.
