Abstract: The context of climate change has put the environment back on the political and economic agendas. It revealed that fossil energy systems are far from sustainable as evidenced by the multiple negative externalities caused by the sharp deterioration of the economic, social and environmental balances. Similarly, energy consumption in Morocco tends to increase due to the increase in population, rising living standards, and the increasing use of energy-consuming and polluting products. In this context, Morocco is forced to put in place an energy transition, built as a solution to the economic, social and environmental crisis of the energy sector, and whose purpose seems to be universal......
