Abstract: Background: This article deals with logistics and supply management, a strategic area for companies in today's highly competitive environment. The research targeted a company from the Manaus Free Trade Zone, Amazonas, having as a starting point the finding that there is a logistical bottleneck, with rising supply costs, making material planning even more critical for ensuring an optimal level of production with adequate control of the costs involved. Based on this problem, the following guiding question of the research was elaborated: which "make-to-order" process can be more suitable for company "X", allowing it to balance costs with freight and stock, and at the same time serve the customer.....

Abstract: Background: The heritage preservation is not restricted to the maintenance and restoration of material goods, but is related to public policies that offer improvements in the quality of life for society. Therefore, this article aims to present a brief case study on the construction and process of listing the Luiz de Souza Leão Manor, residence of the urban center founder of Tupã, State of São Paulo, Brazil. Materials and Methods: For the development of this work, qualitative research was adopted, which was divided into three phases: i) theoretical investigation; ii) data collection; and, iii) systematization and analysis of data and information.......

Abstract: Stress has now become the major issue among the youth. The intensity of the problem can understand with the help of findings of a study According to that one out of five people is found to be suffering from depression. India is a nation where we have large number of young population, which represents the most valuable resource and there is need of prioritizing their needs, recognize their problems and identifying the challenges faced by them. The major reasons of stress among youngsters are academic assignments, interpersonal relations, life challenges, career opportunity exploration etc. this may usually result in physiological, psychological and behavioral disorders, sometimes results in suicidal commits........
