Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Employee Placement and Competence on the Performance of Employees with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Family Planning Counselors at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning, Jember Regency. The population in this study were 52 family planning counselors in Jember Regency.
