Abstract: This research is carried out on the topic effect of workplace spirituality on employee’s performance, a study of Akwa Ibom State University. The overall objective of this study was to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on employee’s performance. A cross – sectional research design was adopted for this study. The data for this study were obtained mainly from the primary source through the use of structured closed-ended questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale ranging from Strongly Agreed (SA=5) to Disagreed (D=1).
