Abstract: Background: Malaria in Goa is showing a decreasing trend. Most of the malaria cases are found in areas around construction projects. Hence it is important to understand the Knowledge, attitude and practices amongst construction workers about malaria; in order to achieve elimination. Aims and Objectives: To study the knowledge, attitude and practices amongst construction workers regarding the prevention, spread and control of malaria and to assess the status of health cards amongst these construction workers.Materials and Methods: The demographic and the knowledge, attitude and practice towards malaria was assessed using a prestructured questionnaire made from previous studies.
