Abstract: Introduction:The incision must not only give direct access to the pathology but also provide sufficient room for operation to be performed, therefore we organized a clinical trial to compare the paramedian incision with midline incision. Objectives: To find better Incision among Midline and Paramedian Incision with respect to Incidence of wound complications like wound infection, dehiscence, burst abdomen, and incisional hernia. Time taken for opening and closure, and accessibility..........
Key words: Midline incision; paramedian incision; wound infection; wound dehiscence; incisional hernia; burst abdomen.
