Abstract: Introduction: Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment. It contributes greatly to psychological well-being Mindfulness has been related to many positive outcomes, including healthy self-esteem. Self-esteem has been defined as the evaluation that an individual makesregarding him or herself, and reflects one's sense of individual competence and personal worth in dealing with life cAims: 1. To measure the level of mindfulness among the medical students. 2. To measure the level of self-esteem among the medical students. 3.
