Abstract: Aim: To analysis of factors influencing the outcome of sutureless glue-free conjunctivolimbal autograft for primary pterygium surgeries.
METHODS: Patients with encroachment upon cornea induce significant astigmatism, become cosmetically bothersome, recurrently inflammed were taken up for surgery. The factors that were analysed were- Age, Diabetes and Hypertension, Types of pterygium – Progressive, Stationary, Type of anesthesia – Topical, Peribulbar block, Site of donor conjunctiva – Superotemporal, Inferotemporal, Donor conjunctiva – Hydrated, Non hydrated, Recipient bed bleeding – Mild.......
