Abstract: Successful implant rehabilitation in the anterior maxilla requires precise positioning due to esthetic and functional demands. Malpositioned implants may compromise prosthesis design, peri-implant tissues, and long-term stability. This case report describes a 24-year-old male with a labially placed unrestorable implant in the maxillary right central incisor. The fixture was atraumatically removed using a reverse torque technique, and three single-piece implants were immediately placed in sites 11, 12, and 21 with provisional restorations. After three months, definitive.....

Abstract: Background: Helminth parasites having distinct morphology in egg, larva or adult stages makes them easy to identify and treat their infections. Trichuris trichiura, a whip shaped worm with a bile-stained barrel shaped egg, change their morphology as they pass through various stages in their life cycle. The present case shows the atypical morphology of....

Abstract: Synovial Sarcoma (SS) is a rare and aggressive mesenchymal malignancy, representing 5-10% of all soft tissue sarcomas. Approximately 70% of patients experience local recurrence or distant metastasis. Primary SS in the gastrointestinal tract is exceedingly uncommon, with less than 1% being located in the retroperitoneal location. Morphology could be monophasic, biphasic, or poorly differentiated subtypes having translocation of SS18 with SSX1, SSX2, or SSX4 genes most typically. A 30-year-old lady presented to our outpatient department with symptoms of rectal bleeding....

Abstract: A 72-year-old female patient with a history of hypertension presented with left lumbar pain. Imaging revealed a large saccular aneurysm of the left renal artery. After radiological confirmation and multidisciplinary consultation, treatment with a covered stent was chosen, ensuring complete exclusion of the aneurysm and preserving renal blood flow. Post-procedural evolution was marked by disappearance of pain and stabilization of renal function. This case illustrates the.....

Abstract: Stomach perforation by ingested fish bone resulting in perigastric abscess is very rare with few case reports in the literature. They present with nonspecific features of an acute abdomen and with less severe clinical features than those with perforations present in other parts of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). The clinical diagnosis is challenging without a definitive history of fish bone ingestion. The main stay of diagnosis is CT scan of the abdomen....
