Abstract: This ergonomi working posture research was done to reduce Muskuloskeletal Disorders in working activity at put the wheel in to the position in Perum Pengangkutan Penumpang Djakarta (PPD) by three workers. Workers are working in bending and crouching in long periods of time so that it can cause Muskuloskeletal Disorders. The workers are generally paying less attention to body posture at work. The Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) method and Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) method is used to analyze body posture. Abstract: This paper is an attempt to comprehend the transformation that has been brought among the women of Manipur by their active involvement in the Self Help Groups. Their engagement brought about real chance in their lives. This change was reflected in their socialand economic behavior. Having money to spend which women themselves have earned in an ethical way helped to build their self-image and confidence. This confidence further propelled them to venture into territories which were otherwise reserved for men. This paradigm shift brought better visibility for women and greater participation in the decision making process. This participation in decision making brought yet another........

Abstract: In nineteenth century, the basic trends of social movement were more or less as same in India as well as in Bengal. Like Rammohun Roy, Iswarchandra Vidyasagar, Jotiba Phule, Periyar E.V. Ramswami , Rai Saheb Thakur Panchanan Barma (1866-1935) ,was not only the eminent social reformer of the Rajbanshi Community of the North Eastern part of India but also an educationist, researcher, scholar, disciplined , sincere and dedicated personality, idealistic and foresighted politician. He was born on 14th February, 1866 in the village of Khalisamary of Mathabhanga subdivision in the Princely State of Cooch Behar. He secured M.A. Degree in Sanskrit in 1896 and the LLB Degree in 1900 AD. In spite of being the 1st M.A., L.L.B. in the entire Rajbanshi Community, he did not get proper.......

Abstract: Sustainability" is the need of the hour today. And textiles and clothing industries are not an exception to it. Right from manufacturing process till the fabrics are finished; the processes are made eco-friendly. And not only that even researches are made to make the fabric disposable too eco-friendly by recycling, reusing the old textiles. When world is moving towards all the alternatives for sustainability; speciality finishes too are made using plants with their inherent properties for new finishes like antimicrobial, aroma, antibacterial, self- extinguishing or flame retardant, mosquito repellent, etc. These finishes have its application in apparel industries, furnishings, medical industries, automobile industries where textiles come in contact with us. The herbs used are available in abundance in India. This paper reviews about various herbs and its application on to the fabric and various utility products accordingly.

Abstract: Tomophobic experience is characteristically human irrespective of differences in their degree of manifestation. However, scholars have not assessed its impact on professionalism among nurses. This paper investigates its impact on the professional practices of nurses in Enugu state of Nigeria public health institutions. The study adopts survey methods wherein 270 respondents were selected as study sample. The data generated was analyzed using tables, percentage, and SPSS version 20.0 tools. The results of analyses reveal that nurses were affected by surgical patients‟ fears, pains and sorrows; and that this impact has negative relationship with their professional practices. They adopt coping mechanism such as aggressive approach, indifference, insensitivity, avoidance of close relationship etc. among other things, this paper recommends work-shifting of nurses across the healthcare departments, and stakeholders efforts to develop corporate coping mechanism through seminars and workshops, and policies..

Abstract: Citizen Charter (CC) plays an important role in providing public services which is conceived as most effective tool in implementing values of New Public Management (NPM). Abstract: This study sought to discover the factors that contribute to girl child marriages in the Mbare suburb of Harare. The qualitative research design was used to conduct the study with 18 women who got married when they were girl children. The women were selected using Purposive Sampling method. Semi structured interviews were used for data collection. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. It emerged from the study that all the women were married to older, rich men and that the majority of them came from poor family backgrounds. The majority had consensual sexual relationships with their boyfriends who would give them material gifts. They were then forced to marry by their caregivers. The study also revealed that most of the children had to drop out of school because of marriage and that they suffered different forms of abuse. The aspiration of this paper is that, future research should focus on the psychological effects of girl child marriages in Mbare..

Abstract: This study employed an Ex Post Facto research design to investigate influence of job demand and reward system on innovative work behaviour among staff of Benue State University, Makurdi. This was with a view to determining how each variable predicts innovative work behaviour and their joint influence. Primary data were collated from staff of Benue State University, Makurdi. The sample consisted of 250 participants made up of 140(65%) males and 110 (35%) females with age ranged from 22-57 years (Mean=32). Participants were drawn from a population of staff of the Benue State University, Makurdi through a simple random sampling technique. Three standardized psychological instruments namely: Job Demand Scale, Reward System Scale and Innovative Work Behaviour.........
