Abstract : The Indian media and entertainment industry are the fastest growing industries in the country. Its various segments like Bollywood, Tollywood, and Kollywood have witnessed tremendous growth in the last few years. Tamil Movies attracts fans in most parts of the world using a variety of technologies and techniques. Tamil film industry contributes a marginal share to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Tamil Nadu state economy. Tamil movie makinginvolves with number of interrelated activities requiring artiste, technicians, cine equipment, sets, costumes and catering. It is impracticalfor a production company to plan and implement optimum schedule just by perception.......

Abstract : In a global supply chain consisting of one retailer and one manufacturer, both from different countries, when there is a time lag between the payments made while placing the order and the time when the order is realized, risk in the form of exchange rate fluctuation affects the optimal pricing and order quantity decisions. We elaborate the effect of exchange rate fluctuation under Log-normal distribution when the retailer or manufacturer undertakes to share the exchange rate risk and the demand error is modelled in the multiplicative form in the news vendor framework. We have observed our model by changing the values of parameter also.

Abstract : In recent years, Foreign Exchange (FOREX) rate has had an increasing role in corporate decision making. Due to the high uncertainty in the exchange rate volatility; FOREX rate volatility has become equally helpful in many micro as well as macro-economic decision-making. The research project aimed at modelling the volatility of log-returns on Kenya shilling against US dollar exchange rate in Kenya over a period of 1st January 1976 to 15th March 2022. In this study, we applied Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) model in analyzing daily data from Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). The project employed the use of Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC) in order selection; utilizing maximum log-likelihood estimation......

Abstract : Geostationary satellites are very important for humankind. They communicate with the stations situated on the Earth. And these stations exchange essential services to humans. Our aim is to find the required distance of the satellite from the surface of the Earth so as to connect with stations on the Earth..

Abstract : The high rocketing level of non-performing loans, in the Kenyan Money Lending Industry has been a big bottleneck to the economic success and stability. The major problem is unstable profit, which keeps on fluctuating because of default rate by customers because of weak credit-risk mitigation strategies. This has led to profit decline by 30.0 percent from 2019 to June 2020. The assets quality is deteriorating, with the ratio of non-performing loans to gross loans also rising from 12% in December 2019 to 13.1% in June 2020. The stock of non-performing loans has been fluctuating as follows; in the year 2017 the NPL stood at 6.14%, in 2018 NPL increased to 6.30% and reduced.......

Abstract : The greatest asset in nearly all organizations is their human resource. These surpass in value and in importance than physical assets i.e., building, land, equipment and vehicles. To enable organizations, achieve competitive advantage over competitors globally, employees play a very critical role. The specific focus of the study is to determine the influence of evaluation, management by objectives, performance appraisal design and 360 degrees' appraisal method on employee performance at Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops. The research variable in this study was underpinned on the Organizational Justice Theory, Goal Setting Theory and Expectancy Theory. The study was guided by a descriptive research design. This design is considered appropriate because the study.......
