Abstract: Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s diseases, classified as neurodegenerative disorders, are major global health concerns because of significant neuronal degeneration and the lack of effective treatments. Advancements in high-throughput biotechnology and bioinformatics techniques provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration.
