ABSTRACT: Yttrium-doped cobalt zinc ferrites with the composition Co0.6Zn0.4YₓFe₂₋ₓO₄ (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) were successfully synthesized via the sol–gel method, and their structural, dielectric, electrical, and microstructural properties were systematically investigated. X-ray diffraction confirmed the formation of a single-phase cubic spinel structure, with crystallite sizes decreasing from 57.961 to 27.507 nm as yttrium content increased, indicating lattice distortion induced by Y³⁺ substitution.
