Abstract: The method of grafting method is old but it is an In-vivo process, but tissue culture is advanced but an In-vitro process in which different types of chemicals are used to pure formation of new food supplement but It is not a fast, unreliable, not suitable for all plant as well as it is very costly, but I have a solution for it buy using some common organic materials like tomato abstract and banana or guava abstract with some basic chemicals of tissue culture and 7 main titration solvents with the help of light and darkness patterns and UV radiation to get final result with more enhanced plants in short time period with any plants of same species.

Abstract: Alcohol abuse is a growing health problem in India with a prevalence of 10.4% in men. Alcoholic liver disease (ALD)is the predominant form of chronic liver disease with increasing morbidity and mortality. According to National Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP -2011-2013) 8,04,782 seropositive viral hepatitis cases were recorded in India. In the present study Icterus subjects 25 each were selected based on laboratory analysis in Chronic alcoholics and seropositive viral hepatitis. In all subjects liver enzymes were analysed - Serum Transaminases, Gamma Glutamyl Transferase, Alkaline Phosphatase and Prothrombin time. De Ritis Ratio and Maddrey Discriminant......

Abstract: The measurement of glycated hemoglobin, 24 hours urinary protein and protein creatinine ratio serves as an important index in the monitoring of diabetes patients to prevent the complications. Screening patients for Retinopathy is again very important. The cause of diabetic complication is not known. Major emphasis has been placed on the polyol pathway where in glucose is reduced to sorbitol by the enzyme aldolase reductase with reduced NADPH as the electron donating coenzyme. Sorbitol molecule is oxidized to fructose by the enzyme Sorbitol dehydrogenase and reduced NAD+ . Sorbitol appears to function as a tissue toxin and has been implicated in the pathogenicity of retinopathy, neuropathy and cataract. Among the clinically important secondary microvascular complications.......
