Abstract: Entrepreneurship development is necessary in every nations in bid to achieve economic growth and development, but its top must constrains are lack of capital and savings. Therefore, this study examined the effect of socioeconomic factors on savings habits in Jalingo metropolis, Taraba State, Nigeria. Multi-stage sampling technique was employed. In the first stage, five (5) wards were randomly selected from the existing ten (10) wards in Jalingo metropolis. In the second stage half (50%) of the residential areas in each ward were systematically selected.

Abstract: Although many companies investigate sustainability management and publish sustainability reports, it seems that sustainability issues are pursued more coincidentally than with a clear strategy. On one hand, research is done for the identification and determination of distinct aspects concerning economic, ecological and social dimensions of sustainability. On the other hand, scientific effort is recognizable regarding the establishment of specific sustainability strategies, e.g. strategies that focus on internal/external orientation of sustainability commitment.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of human capital and social capital towards institution quality and market share in the private higher education institutions in East Kalimantan. Human capital is measured by level of education of lecturer, and work experience of the lecturers, while social capital is measured by the number of institutional collaboration partners. A total of 78 study program of private higher educational institutions in East Kalimantan is observed as a sample. Relationships between variables were analyzed by the method of Path Analysis.

Abstract: The Relevance of Behavioural Finance Principles relating to the emotional and psychological factors has been recognized in the literature of investment behaviour study. There are many such factors under the purview of this nascent discipline which are directly or indirectly related to the investment behaviour. In this paper an attempt has been made to simplify one such factor, viz. adaptive attitude of investors. Different studies have already been made both in India and also abroad on this area. However no such paper has been found which discusses about adaptive attitude in a simple manner.

Abstract: This Study Proposes A Conceptual Model Of The Impact Of Leadership Styles (Transformational, Transactional, Participative, Supportive And Instrumental) On Organizational Performance Of Select Banking Organizations In Jammu and Kashmir, India. Abstract: In this note, in connection with and continuity of our published and successfully implemented work on P3 system, we reveal the aftermath of our strong impression that we carried over a long period of time and that deeply concerned about the systematic study of customers level of satisfaction after adoption of P3 system over the different system they previously adopted and implemented over a long period of time dealing in highly sensible and critical business of dealing with in life-saving medicines . On giving a note depicting salient features of P3 system we have carried over to significant testing on satisfaction level as a parameter which is well defined and implemented commonly to all the buyers on list. Concluding results establishes what we previously conceived of as principle tenets in fundamental and defining structure of P3 system.

Abstract: The globalization of world economy has increased competition, locally as well as internationally. In such competitive business milieu, organizations need a distinguishing element that will keep consumers identifying and buying their products. With increase in competition annually, the traditional sources of competitive advantage like leadership in price and quality is not enough to ensure the success of a product anymore in both rural and urban markets. In other words, Company executives are recognizing that the true worth of the organization is not the tangible assets it owns, but the value ascribed to the brands it is developing to satisfy the needs of the consumer.

Abstract: The main focus of this study is to analyze the adoption of Hospital Information System, an integrated computer software system in the private sector hospitals of Hyderabad. There is a need to investigate that why Hospital Information System is not being adopted in the hospitals of Hyderabad and what are the requirements for the adoption and implementation of the said system, whilst this system is working well in the private sector.This research study explored and pointed out various hindrances and problems in the way of adoption of Hospital Information System and offers feasible and viable solutions for the adoption of Hospital Information System in the private sector hospitals of Hyderabad.

Abstract: This study examined employee training and organizational sustainability in Bayelsa State Broadcasting Corporation. The study comprised of two phases: interview for background information involving six Directors/Heads of Department and several Unit Heads in the Corporation and a survey of 173 employees of the Corporation. Pearson's Product Moment Correlation technique was used for data analysis. The research identified the different types of employee training including orientation, skills and refresher training which radio broadcast skills training fall into. Thus, the study specifically investigated the extent of relationship between radio broadcast skills training provided and organizational sustainability. The findings of the study revealed a positive relationship between radio broadcast skills training provided and organizational sustainability but statistically not significant.

Abstract: Globalization, technological advancements, economic downturn, change in customer's purchasing pattern, increased complexities and competencies in conducting business lead to bring change in the philosophy of doing business effectively, efficiently and most importantly profitably. This situation lead to reorganize strategic factors in business that considers analysing customers and make them satisfied, and to achieve that it requires organizational wholesome effort through contribution from employees and stakeholders. This theoretical study suggests that organization's success and sustainability inevitably depends on the customer satisfaction which is achieved through contribution of employee satisfaction including stakeholder satisfaction. As such, the way to successful and sustainable organization implant in understanding and utilization of the three dimensions of satisfaction factors – customers, employees and stakeholders of the organization.
