Abstract: Administrations of OECD nations are experiencing strain to enhance open segment execution and in the meantime contain use development. While factors, for example, maturing populaces and expanding human services and benefits costs add to budgetary weights, residents are requesting that legislatures be made more responsible for what they accomplish with citizens' cash. This article quickly audits key institutional drivers that may add to enhance open division effectiveness, and spotlights on one of them in more detail: execution data and its part and use in the spending procedure. There is no diagram for upgrading open segment productivity. OECD nations have accordingly received various ways to deal with changing key institutional courses of action, which include: expanding devolution and decentralization; reinforcing focused weights; changing workforce structure, estimate, what's more, HRM plans; changing spending practices and techniques; and acquainting comes about arranged..

Abstract: A diversity of views exists as to whether debt affects the value of the firm. The traditional point of view is that debt adds value to a firm until the optimal point is reached. The value of the levered firm will be the sum of the value of the unlevered firm and the gain from leverage. This study employed descriptive research design. The target population was the 47 firms listed at the Nairobi Securities Exchange. The sample was made up of 20 companies that had been consistently been quoted from 2006 to 2010 at the Nairobi securities ex-change. The study was facilitated by use of secondary data which was extracted from published reports of quoted companies' i.e. financial statements. Simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship and also to determine....... .

Abstract: The Analytic Hierarchy Process estimates the weights of alternatives by deriving priorities of a comparison matrix. In this paper, we used two phases Linear Programming (LP) models to estimate the weights of a pairwise comparison matrix derived within the framework of the Analytic Hierarchy Process when eigenvector method fails to satisfy element dominance properties. The first phase brings a consistency bound and it is used in the second phase to derive priority vector. The priorities obtained for the alternatives served as the coefficients of the objective function of linear programming to optimize a human resource problem as an example. Here we show which positions to fill, how to allocate resources.

Abstract: ABC analysis is an important tool used worldwide, identifying items that need greater attention for control. . It is also known as "separating the vital few from trivial many". The study was conducted in the cath lab stores of Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, a 1300 bedded tertiary care teaching hospital in Hyderabad. The following results were observed A class items – 18 items contributing 63 % of consumption value B class items – 36 items contributing 28 % of consumption value C class items – 124 items contributing 9 % of consumption value.

Abstract: The business today is ambiguous, volatile, complex which need a competent and capable processes and people to harness the opportunities. The need thus is not only continuous improvement but initiate continual innovation as habit of our work force to take the business to better level of excellence. There is a need to improve operational performance at all HPCL Oil Installations through all stakeholders including shop floor workmen. We must strategize to develop a challenging and attractive platform to motivate the workmen in producing excellence, resulting Sustained Operational Excellence. Probably, this fact has lead Peter Senge to comment "The rate at which Organization learn and Participate in every facets may soon become the only source of Competitive advantage". HPCL –Operations Distribution department (O&D) has grown significantly in last few years in every dimension of operations viz Productivity, Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery and have enhanced value to customers. We have.........

Abstract: The present study was designed to explore the magnitude and direction of emotional intelligence and Quality of life among high and low performing managers of the established commercial organization using correlation design followed by a t-test. To asses, the observation of the participants standardized tools have established reliability and validity were applied and the observations were analysed with the help of correlational analysis and t-test. The result found a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of life among high and low performing managers both, however a significant difference was observed between high and low performing managers on these variables.
