Abstract: Hailey Hailey disease is a rare benign chronic genetic disorder characterised by recurrent painful and maloderous blisters and erosions typically in the skin folds like the armpit, groin and under the breast. It is caused by mutations affecting skin adhesion and symptoms are commonly triggered by heat, friction or sweat.
In 1939 Hailey.....

Abstract: Background: Clear aligners are increasingly used as an aesthetic alternative to conventional orthodontic appliances. However, discolouration during use may compromise their aesthetic appearance. The present study aimed to compare the colour stability of Erkodur and UU Ortho aligner materials after different periods of exposure. Materials and Methods: An in-vitro comparative study was conducted to evaluate colour change (ΔE) in Erkodur and UU Ortho aligner......

Abstract: Background: Differentiating inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), particularly Crohn’s disease, from intestinal tuberculosis (ITB) can be challenging due to overlapping clinical and imaging features. This study evaluates the role of MR enterography (MRE) in differentiating these conditions and correlates imaging findings with histopathology, endoscopy and clinical outcome. Materials and methods: A total of 38 patients above........

Abstract: Background: Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is widely used as an autologous adjunct in implant dentistry, yet its biological action is usually attributed generically to growth-factor release. Three further regulatory layers (microRNAs, extracellular vesicles including exosomes, and mesenchymal stem cells) have recently been proposed as mediators of its effect on peri-implant bone healing.

Abstract: Aim and background: Generalized enamel hypoplasia is a developmental, quantitative enamel defect that compromises esthetics and, when superficial, can be managed conservatively without sacrificing sound tooth structure. Enamel microabrasion removes superficial enamel discoloration and defects through simultaneous erosion and abrasion, conserving enamel. This report describes the use of enamel microabrasion with a 6.6% hydrochloric acid slurry for generalized enamel hypoplasia in a 13-year-old girl, together with the concurrent management.......
