Abstract: This paper focused on the effect of the addition of polyethylenes on the behaviour of bituminous concretes. A methodology for the formulation and mechanical characterization of asphalt concrete modified by using the addition of recycled wastes plastics (mineral drink preservation bottles) were investigated. Different binder content was performed in order to determine the optimal value with the Marshall test.
