Abstract: Introduction: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic progressive autoimmune disease that produces a significant negative impact on patients' quality of life which influencing both physical and psychological well-being. Patients with SLE reported significantly worse quality of life in comparison with other chronic patients and even the general population. Because the chronic nature of SLE, quality of life is an important factor in patients' overall health and there is a need for better understanding of the impact of the illness on patients on life (Moldovan et al., 2011).
