Abstract: Background:Digital technologies have revolutionized contemporary education, providing new opportunities and challenges. This article investigates their impact on the teaching-learning process, highlighting the personalization of teaching, collaborative learning, and the development of digital skills as the main benefits. However, inequality in access to technologies and educators' resistance to change are significant obstacles.
