ABSTRACT: Background: There is a wide variation in the implementation of tilapia housing densities in intensive systems, resulting in important differences in productive growth rates, feed efficiency, mortality and, consequently, in the profit of production systems. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate, through a literature review, the main effects of using different stocking densities when raising tilapia in intensive production systems. Defining stocking density requires a complex analysis of different parameters that should involve not only total biomass production. Based on the studies evaluated.......

ABSTRACT: Background: This study was carried out NUUN-GARE Agricultural village, lower Shabelle, Somalia. The experiment was conducted on four Alfalfa varieties with the use of Randomized Completely Block Design "RCBD" with thee replications and four varieties. The total numbers of the experimental plots were 12 plots; Parameters such as plant height and fresh yield were measured for the varieties in three different cuts or harvests. Results in the first harvest (/cut) have shown that Hegazi variety have scored the highest plant height (65cm) while Aurora and Australia 2 have similar plan heights (53 cm). For fresh yield, Hegazi variety has revealed to comprise the highest fresh yield per hectare (44 ton/ha). Results from the second harvest have shown that Hegazi performed better than other varieties by giving plant height of 62 cm and fresh yield of 45 ton/ha. Similarly.......

ABSTRACT: Background: The study was conducted to assess the prevalence of gastro-intestinal parasites in Greater One-horned Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicornis) at Chitwan National Park, Chitwan, Nepal from February to December 2021. The Greater One-horned Rhinoceros has been listed in the vulnerable category, with the serious concern of conservation due to habitat destruction and various diseases including parasites Materials and Methods: The necessary data was collected from NTNC officials, forest rangers, security officers, and native people living in the buffer zone. Collecting samples from all of the Rhino roaming areas was challenging due to the arduous pathway and the chance of being attacked by a wild animal, so we chose to use the systematic random sampling method (Kakoti et al., 2019). The faecal samples were collected from 3 different locations within Chitwan National Park i.e., Sauraha and Golaghat in Chitwan district and Divyapuri in Nawalpur district, Nepal. Samples were collected along with GPS coordinates, from both the core and buffer zone areas where the livestock......
