Abstract: Background:Uterine rupture is a rare obstetrical complication associated with disastrous outcome. Since the rate of caesarean deliveries has increased in the past decades, the risk of scar rupture is also expected to increase. The incidence of uterine rupture is inversely proportional to quality of obstetric care being provided.
