Abstract: Gender inequality and poor women empowerment retard improvement in living standards of women and act as a clog in their contributions to governance and economic development. Gender inequality lower quality of life and culminates in limited productivity, hinder economic efficiency and growth. Abstract: HIV/AIDS prevalence within the two counties that constitute the Catholic Diocese of Homa Bay remains high despite numerous interventions and generous resource allocation both from the central and devolved governments as well as donor agencies. This study assessed the performance of health strategies in reducing Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome prevalence as enshrined in the 2012 – 2016 Strategic Plan of the Catholic Diocese of Homa Bay. The four strategies are; health education awareness, health nutrition training, disease prevention practices and promotion of safe motherhood.............

Abstract: In the wake of seemingly normalized criminality and its unabated wave in Nigeria and the need for concerted efforts to understand its pervasiveness, this paper examines the role of the Nigeria criminal justice system (CJS) in criminal behavior control. The effectiveness of the CJS was analyzed as an instrument of socialjustice and criminal behavior control. From the point of view of some social-psychological theories and concepts, the paper submitted that the lack of credibility on the part of the communicators,the Nigeria CJS (i. e. the police, lawyers, judges, and the prisons), in their administration of justice and the laws has been responsible............

Abstract: Background: Youths who do not attend school or who drop out are vulnerable to misinformation from unreliable sources or possibly never learn about the issues at all. In many communities, programs to reduce young people's risk of HIV infection and sexually transmitted diseases have been recommended. Abstract: Tobacco is being dealt as one of the major cash crops which are largely grown in Kushtia, Chittagong Hill, and northern regions of Bangladesh. Actually it is a non‐food plant used as a basic raw material for products that is proved to be harmful for health, environment and society. Tobacco is both dangerous and addictive. Its production thus raises ethical questions. The study is aimed to estimate the factors affecting tobacco yield and investigate whether any ethical issues influence the production behavior of tobacco farmer in Lalmonirhat district. Abstract: This study sought to examine the teaching and learning of practical subjects in primary schools. The main focus of this study was how the practical subjects are taught in one school in the Hhohho region of Swaziland. The study examined the experiences and perceptions of learners and teachers. A qualitative approach case study research design in which one-on-one interviews and observations were used to collect data was used. Data were analysed for content and conclusions were drawn. The main conclusions of the study were that practical subjects are timetabled to be taught in primary schools. The study also concluded that practical subjects sharpen the brains of the learners............

Abstract: The BPOs are now a day's entry options for the fresher's as the good companies does not higher the direct students or in other words the fresher's were not at the mark of being selected in good companies because of lack of experience. So most of them were start their career with the BPO as the starting point to gain the experience about the company working culture and environment.
