Abstract: Ethiopia is the cradle of mankind and civilization endowed with unique historical and archaeological sites, national parks with many endemic animal and plant species; encyclopedia magnificent natural landscapes; obelisks and castles, more than 200 rock hewn and rock cave churches; intangible cultural and spiritual heritages. However, the tourism industry in the country is still in its infancy stage. Climate is the most important factor for the development of tourism industry. The objective of this study is to investigate the climate suitability for tourism in Ethiopia using Mieczkowski's Tourism Climate Index. Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a different degree of contextual interference (CI) training program on the change of direction ability (CODA) itself and on the straight sprinting (SSP) performance (5 m and 15 m) in students in the 13 to 15 years of school boys. It also evaluated which CI training program was more effective. Eighty eight students (6.42 ± 0.38 yr) volunteered as participants for the present study. Abstract: The debate as to whether law lecturers in public service should be made to practise law has been in the front burner for a while now. Is the right of a law lecturer on full time employment in a tertiary institution in Nigeria restricted or denied from private practice? This paper examined the historical analysis of the right of law lecturers to private practice in Nigeria.The paper delves into the practicability of law lecturers involved in private practice within the extant legal framework in Nigeria. The author partitioned the arguments for and against the right of law lecturers to private practice into some theories and the postulations of these theories are elucidated in this paper.The paper examined the legal framework in the recent past, the present and make recommendations for the future.

Abstract: On sundry occasions, NUPENG and PENGASSAN, trade unions in Nigeria which encompass oil and gas workers have embarked on industrial actions. These industrial actions impacted on the Nigerian society and on individuals. It is imperative to situate theoretically these industrial actions and associated impacts. Owing to the micro level and macro level theoretical divide which had been an issue in sociological theorizing; it was necessary to use Wright Mills‟ Sociological Imagination to explain the impacts of the oil and gas workers industrial actions. This paper observed that there is a dialectical relationship between public issues and private problems, thus a social problem that arise from the NUPENG and PENGASSAN industrial actions can also generate personal problems;.......

Abstract: The study dealt with social conditions of work affecting teacher's productivity for secondary educational goal attainment in Delta State. Analytical survey design was adopted for the study. The population for the study was 8,610 teachers in public secondary schools in Delta State. This comprised 3,803 male teachers and 4,807 female teachers as well as 5,550 urban and 3,060 rural teachers. The sample for the study was1245 teachers (568 male and 677 female; 805 urban and 440 rural). The sample size was 15% of the population and the sampling technique adopted for the study was stratified random sampling technique. A 12-items questionnaire titled "Social Work Conditions and Teachers Productivity Questionnaire" (SWCTPQ) was used for data collection. In most of the situations women have the prime responsibilities to play responsible roles in the family. Women have been considered lower to men in general but Anju and Sudha play a major role in this novel maintaining the traditional values. Sister of My Heart deals with different types of their human experiences altogether and touches all aspect of their life.They begin to reject the rigid rules and regulations which are limited for women in the society after the bad experiences faced in their life. Paradoxically without any male interruption, the sisters are able to find out a position for themselves in the society. The protagonists, Anju and Sudha, are able to re-discover themselves........

Abstract: Terrorism and counterterrorism is not a new idea in the present world. In this 21st century, the frequent terror attacks and war against terrorism have raised some critical issues in the domain of the international law. The counter-terrorism operation is now an endless journey and a cause of serious sufferings of civilians. In counterterrorism operations the attacking States randomly reluctant to comply with the principles of international law and IHL (IHL). This article addresses only two important matters which are fundamental for taking the decision of using force against any State. Firstly; the study examines the rules of international law under which in what cases a State can be the object of attacks for any criminal act of an individual or terrorist group. Secondly; it determines whether a terrorist detainee gets any protection under international law where he was detained for committing any terrorist act..

Abstract: The present paper is based on a research in which specific learning difficulties Dysgraphics of students of middle classes have been analyzed. The total sample of 248 students out of which 8 middle school students was taken by purposive sampling for the research from Checklist for the identification of learning difficulties children in classroom, Raven's colored progressive matrices and self constructed Diagnostic test for basic skills of written language in English were the tools of the study.It was found from the analysis of data that in handwriting 100 % children showed maximum mistakes in appropriate sizes of words and sentences ,in spelling 75 % children showed maximum mistakes in distortion of spellings and in written expression 50 % children showed poor written expression........
