Abstract: Patient Aggression has always been recognized as one of the most critical concerns in the healthcare sector, but even after all these considerations, it shows quite an increase with time. Nurses are around the patients 24 hours, providing those healthcare services; they get impacted by this aggression the most (Wong & Chien, 2017). Hence staying under this constant stress can lead them to consider leaving nursing as a profession. And for those trying to maintain their spaces in this profession, handling such aggressive and violent patients is one big task which stands at 16% as indicated by (Wong & Chien, 2017)........
