Abstract: A study to assess the effect of sand filter clean water intervention on weight and height of children aged 6 - 24 months. Quasi experimental research approach and non-randomized pretest and posttest with control design was used. A total of 32 samples (16 in the intervention group and 16 in the control group) were obtained through non-probability purposive sampling technique. Pretesting for both groups was carried out and sand filter clean water intervention was carried out for the intervention group for two months and posttest for the two groups was carried out after one and two months.
