Abstract: Objectives of the study to assess the knowledge regarding selfcare management of clients with diabetes mellitus and to find the association between knowledge regarding selfcare management of clients with diabetes mellitus with their selected socio demographic variables. A descriptive design was adopted. One hundred diabetic clients were selected by using convenient sampling technique on the basis of inclusion criteria to assess the knowledge regarding self-care management of clients with diabetes mellitus. The data was collected from Nehrunagar, Indiranagar, Bommagunta, Manchinellagunta urban slums in Tirupati.
