Abstract: Background: In Egypt, cataract is the major cause of blindness of the population. Inadequate patients' needs may lead to serious complications for the patient with cataract surgery. Aim of the study:assess needs of the patients undergoing cataract surgery at Mansoura University, ophthalmic center. Method: A descriptive research design was used. Subjects: Purposive sample of (100) newly cataract patients, adults from bothgenders. . Tools: Two tools were used for data collection. Abstract: Background: Aged Nursing home residents suffer from a wide range of skin problems. Skin dryness is the most prevalent skin problems in this group. Aim of the study: The present study aimed to evaluate the effect standardized skin care guidelines on dry skin among elderly people at Ismailia City. Design: A quasi-experimental design was utilized to conduct this study. Setting: The study was conducted in all nursing homes for elderly at Ismailia city. Abstract: Professional values provide internal motivation and improve ethical responsibility and professional devotion. Abstract: The current study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of distraction techniques on minimizing pain and anxiety for cancer children undergoing venipuncture procedure. Setting:was conducted at Banha Specialized Pediatric Hospital. Researchdesign: A quasi-experimental design. Abstract: Several African countries have adopted Workload indicators of staffing need (WISN) for health workforce planning and management and to address critical health workforce shortages. However, until now, there is a dearth of research that explores an understanding of what WISN implementation in primary health care (PHC) settings. This study aim was to analyze the concept WISN implementation in the PHC settings in South Africa.
