Abstract: The central concern of this paper is to examine the major roles of traditional rulers in security administration in Nigeria and the challenges facing the social order, peace and stability of the people as we are just a few decades in the millennium i.e. the 21st century. This paper hopes to significantly contribute toward new researches in this direction. The legacies of traditional authority of the Sokoto Sultanate and Nigeria in general, (though its roles are changing) have been affecting the modern rational authority of contemporary politics and the entire administration of criminal justice system in Nigeria.............

Abstract: Are judges corrupt? This paper probesthe public perception of endemic corruption within the Ghana judiciary. Theperceived corruption in the judiciary is re-echoed on daily basis by the media,parliamentarians, civil society, court users and lawyers to the effect that court corruption is pervasive at the lower and high courts in Ghana. This paper argue that bribery and corruption have influenced the outcome of many judgements in favour of those with material wherewithal to engage in payoffs and to the detriment of the poor and vulnerable in the Ghanaian society.

Abstract: This paper discusses Big Bucket of Records Retention as a framework for understanding Records Retention. The paper defined Records Retention as the act of keeping Records for permanent use. It discusses Big Bucket Records Retention Theory as a framework explaining large amount of Records are grouped in to series for permanent Retention. It also mentioned principles of Big Bucket Theory as principle of Records Identification, principle of Records Organization, principle of leg adherence and principle of Records period assigning. The paper describes Big Bucket Records Retention Theory's principles are applied in retaining Organizational Records. The paper summarized some of the previous studies conducted using Big Bucket Records Retention theory.

Abstract: Leadership is an important aspect of human social life. It had appeared even in the ancient life of the Israelites. Deuteronomistic History (DH) is one of the historical writings in the Old Testament and even the longest one ever documented. Leadership and the role of the leaders are also written in DH, moreover the role of the leaders become an important story in its material. Deut. 1:9-18 is also included. Through literary criticsm of the authorship of DH, this article aims to explain the leadership and the role of the leaders in accordance with DH particularly observed from the leaders explained in Deut. 1:9-18.

Abstract: - The present study aims to observeif there is a relationship between body self-image, eating attitudes and quality of life in men and women engaged in regular, moderate and no exercise. A non-probability purposive sampling technique was employed to select a sample of193 young unmarried adults aged between 20-30 years.The Body Self-Image Questionnaire (BSIQ) (Rowe, 1999), theEating Attitudes Scale (EAT-26) (Garner, 1982) and the Quality Of Life questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF, 1991)were administered to the participants. The results indicated significant differences betweenregular, moderate and non-exercisers with respect to body self-image and eating attitudes (p<0.05)...............

Abstract: -In India, democratic participation of constituent units in decision-making process and policy formulation within the party have been ensured the necessary conditions for effective development of political system at the state level. It has been seen that party members operating the governmental structure at the Central level are co-partisans of those operating the structure at the regional level. As a sequence, an inter-party relationship has gotten importance for the development and smooth functioning of the federal system. This type of federal coordination can possible only with the concurrence and cooperation of the respective Chief Minister. The long term stability of the federal system requires therefore the building up of a competent and dedicated leadership of both levels.
