Abstract: The study was designed to examine the relationships of the attributes of self-concept of the women teachers‟ with their effectiveness as teachers. Hundred college students including both boys and girls were participants in the study. Each student was asked to recall the names of two women primary teachers who have made significant impacts on his /her life. Students were asked to rate their teachers on an 11-point Students‟ Perception of teacher rating scale which consisted 11 characteristics of an effective teacher. The concerned teachers were then tested on their five-dimensions of self-concept using Teachers‟ Self-concept questionnaire. Correlational analyses pointed out that 35 of the 55 correlations between teachers‟ self-concept and measures of teacher effectiveness were significant..........

Abstract: This study is a classification of Idoma oral traditional lyric poetry. It analyzes the different components that constitute the oral lyric poetry genre of Idoma oral literature. It defines and explains the various units of the classification, it describes its main facets or dimensions, and it also offers detailed explanations of the context and content of performance of all the components of the classification for purposes of communicating meaning. The study adopts survey design. It makes use of primary and secondary sources of information. Interview and observant-participation constitute the primary sources of data collection. Abstract: An exploratory study investigating the cost-benefit analysis of broiler birds fed different graded level of Moringa oleifera leaf meal as a protein source in poultry production was carried at Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, Kaduna poultry unit. Yellow maize, and Moringa leaf meal (MOLM) was included in both broiler starter and finisher diets. One hundred and forty- four (144) day old broiler chicks were randomly allocated to four treatment diets. T1 (0% MOLM), T2 (2.5% MOLM), T3 (5% MOLM) and T4 (7.5% MOLM) in a completely randomized designed. Birds were managed under deep litter system with 12 compartments for a period of 8weeks. Weekly weight gain and feed intake were recorded throughout the period. Proximate analysis of Moringa oleifera leaf meal in broiler starter and finisher diets were carried out. Abstract: There have been calls by various Research Scientists for mass production of cane rat in order to bridge the gap between intake of animal protein and its supply and to contribute to economic empowerment in Nigeria, without adequate economic information on its production. The objective of this work therefore was to carry out economic evaluation, of medium scale cane rat production in south-west Nigeria so as to provide adequate economic information on return to investment to prospective investors in cane rat farming in Nigeria as a way of encouraging greater investment in its production. Three states (Oyo, Osun and Ogun), eighteen LGAs and seventy-two cane rat farmers were randomly selected for the study. Abstract: Creative thinking skills are essential for success in learning and success in life. In Nigeria, traditional method of teaching is a teacher centered approach. What promotes creativity is a questioning classroom, where teachers and pupils value diversity. Differentiated Instruction is based upon the principle that all children learn best when the instruction is responsive to the uniqueness of each student. Abstract: This paper mainly concentrates on the educational status among the Santal, the most dominant tribal community of West Bengal in West Bengal with special reference to Jhargram block of Jhargram district in the Indian state of West Bengal. This paper also explores the views of parents, students and villagers of this community regarding the various aspects of education. Education plays an enormous role for the improvement of a society or a particular community or an individual. Education changes the social status economically, occupationally and to some extent politically. Data was collected through household surveys and as well as informal and semi-structured interviews were used to collect information.

Abstract: Digitalization has completely changed our mode of interaction and behaviour. Impact of digitalization is not only limited to customer behaviour or businesses rather it has impacted all the walks of life, including the religion, the way people read holy books has also changed. There are around 1.8 Billion Muslims around the world. Holy Book of Muslims is in Arabic but less than 30% of Muslims' first language is Arabic. To increase understanding of Muslims, Holy Quran has been translated into multiple languages. After digitalization and internet penetration around the globe, there are very few researchers covering Muslims' experience and expectations with online Quranic sites. In this research, the authors study the experience and expectations of online Holy Quran translation readers. Both primary & secondary data is collected.........
