Abstract: The necessity of periodically deleting the excesses created by the accredited contributing subjects or factors is rather the chief aim of philosohy. Abstract: The purpose of this study is the first to obtain accurate data in terms of discretion in the execution of civil decisions that have permanent legal force secondly to provide an overview of the role of State tools in terms of discretion in the execution of case decisions that have permanent legal force third to analyze the factors affecting discretion on legal decisions that have permanent legal force. Abstract: Currently, many place names with original elements that are from ethnic minority languages in Vietnam are read and written in Vietnamese in different ways. The place names with Tay-origin elements in TuyenQuang province are facing the same situation. The article statistically surveyed on maps of all kinds (collectively referred to as maps), documents on civil status, household registration, administrative documents (collectively referred to as Vietnamese documents) and surveyed the field of place names with Tay-origin elements in TuyenQuang province (on the basis of 4 districts: ChiemHoa, Lam Binh, Na Hang and Son Duong) with a view to achieve results about the current situation, find out the causes and give solutions of translating those place names into Vietnamese so that they can be read and written in a consistent and accurate way, according to the Vietnamese model..

Abstract: Song and dance are powerful cultural medium in any society. This is especially so in countries where other forms of communication and cultural expression, such as written word are not yet fully developed. Abstract: Background This paper explores the role of collaborative partnerships in enabling inclusion of learners with hearing impairment in west pocket. The right to an inclusive education for all is a fundamental human right. As stipulated the Universal Declaration on Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic and Cultural Rights (ICESCR. (UNESCO 2010). Education Inclusion is an approach that challenges exclusionary policies and practices to address learning needs of all learners equitably in regular schools and classrooms. Education for all encompass the inclusion of all types of learners in a single learning environment. Regular schools with this inclusive orientation are the most effective means of combating discriminatory attitudes creating welcoming environments, building an inclusive society and achieving education for all. Abstract: The primary objective of the implementation of criminal sanctions is actually to prevent the violence threat from happening. Thus, it will guarantee protection and security for society. In the Criminal Code of Indonesia, there are some regulations which protect police officers from violence threat on their duty either verbally or non-verbal (physically). However, when it comes to its implementation, those regulations do not meet its objectives. Therefore, this study aims to find out why the criminal sanctions on the Criminal Code are not effective to overcome violent crime against Indonesian National Police Officers on their duty. Moreover, it aims to determine the factors that cause the Indonesian National Police Officers to be threatened with violence on their duty from the criminals.
