Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the awareness and use of electronic resources & their impact on the collection of e-resources. The present study was designed to find out the necessity and usage of e-resource by the faculty member undertaking the Govt. Degree Colleges Affiliated to Dr. B.R.A. University, Agra. It also discusses the purpose of using e-resources, benefits, subject coverage status, overall user satisfactions, problems that are faced by these college users while accessing e-resources and the perceived impact of e-resources on users. Finally, it reports the results from questionnaire-based survey of e-resources use and its impact on college users.

Abstract: Thepurpose of this study is to analyze the nature of the dismissal of the president and/or vice president in the rule of law. This research was conducted using doctrinal/normative legal research methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The essence of the dismissal of the President and/or Vice President in the rule of law is to realize the rule of law and justice in the administration of government; (2) the mechanism for the dismissal of the president and/or vice president following the principles of the democratic rule of law is the dismissal of the president and/or vice president with the model Privilegiatum Forum; (3) The mechanism for dismissing the President and/or Vice President in Indonesia is not following the principles of a Democratic Law State.

Abstract:The film begins with Michelle McNully, a 40-year-old woman with visual and auditory impairments reuniting with her long-lost mentor Debraj Sahai by a stroke of destiny, in the same place where they first got acquainted, years ago. Abstract: Despite total absence of any historical evidences showing the connection between Semitic and Chinese cultures, therefore between Christian and Daoist Traditions, one could easily trail some obvious conceptual parallels in the world perception by the believers as well as in ethics and morality of these two religious traditions. Abstract: This study assessed the impact of National Directorate of Employment (NDE) on unemployment reduction in Bauchi state. The study adopted a survey method, data were gathered from both the primary and secondary sources. Empowerment theory was used as a guide for this study. Abstract: The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the resources and procedures used in assessment of children with communication disorders from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. The objectives of the study was to determine the assessment tools, materials and procedures used by speech and language therapists in the evaluation of children with communication disorders from CLD in Nairobi City County Kenya. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design. The target population for the study was twelve Speech-Language therapists working in private hospitals and private consultation clinics.
