Abstract:Introduction For safe and positive outcomes,the Millenium Development Goals emphasize shifting the place of delivery from home to institutions . However,well qualified midwives and necessary resources are needed to encourage more mothers opting for hospital deliveries. There is an urgent need for evidence-based studies from India to determine if this is so and on performance of midwives in hospitals
Material & Methods Research was done in 2018-19 at Bangalore city on the experiences of mothers who delivered in an urban well-equipped hospital. A cross-sectional personal interview with 300 expectant mothers using a validated short schedule was done after obtaining the consent, and approval by the Institutional Ethics Committee. Likert-type of statements on 7 expectations and 16 experiences were developed and field tested. Data were computerized and analysed.....

Abstract: Reform of financial mechanism is one of the important solutions to basically, comprehensively and synchronously reform research and development activities in higher education institutions in particular and promote scientific and technological activities of our country in general. That a series of financial mechanisms and policies related to research and development activities in higher education institutions have been reformed in recent years creates an important motivation for development of this field; however, in fact, there are still shortcomings that need to be continuously reformed and perfected, etc... Abstract: Students' right to education is threatened in this time of pandemic as the outbreak of COVID-19 was alarming and it has power Ghanaian Tertiary institutions to dispatch live online errands for all understudy online courses and graduate online courses so as to guarantee the normal exhibiting activity, with students remain at homes. The study sought to find out the effects of this pandemic, lockdown measures and accessibility of resources online on college students interest in online learning. The study sought to use descriptive research design with a quantitative approach and a survey strategy. The population of the study consists of all tertiary students at the tertiary institutions in Ghana. Abstract: Using data from the Ghana Living Standards Survey seven, the paper established that the Engel's Law is applicable to the economy of Ghana suggesting that a 10% rise in household expenditure reduces the share of the household budget allocated to food by 0.801 of one percentage point, on average, and that food is a necessity commodity in Ghana. The marginal food budget share is high at a 62 percent rate putting the economy of Ghana in the medium food insecurity category. Strenuous policy effort must be initiated to increase food production and supply in Ghana to make food not a necessity commodity anymore and move the Ghanaian economy away from the medium food insecurity category in the very near future.

Abstract: Evolving the design of the wage employment programs to more effectively fight poverty, the Government of India formulated the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) in 2005, a paradigm shift from earlier wage employment programs.
