Abstract: Background: Workplace bullying a frequent problem that affects teachers' wellbeing. It occurs as a result of negative experiences teachers encounter while performing their duties. Usually it is concealed or ignored in secondary schools in Enugu Education Zone. Since little or no attention has been given to this aspect of school administration, the researchers have selected this, to determine the extent teachers in Enugu Education Zone feel depressed due to workplace bullying. Materials and methods: Survey research design was adopted for the study.
