Abstract: The present study investigates the comparative impact of three music therapy modalities Bageshree Raga, Om Chanting, and Drumbeats (Western Rhythmic Music) on key mental health indicators including depression, anxiety, stress, and general well-being among college students. Ninety participants aged 19–30 years underwent a 45-day intervention involving 10- minute daily sessions of assigned music therapy.
