Diabetes is a chronic disease where people show earlier stages of depression. Their difficult lifestyle leads to negative attitudes towards normal everyday situations. Abstract: Background: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the five main acute coronary syndromes and in particular is a dangerous presentation of coronary artery disease worldwide. Geriatric patients with acute myocardial infarction need continuity of care after discharge from hospital. The discharge plan is viewed as the main method for ensuring that geriatric patient's needs post discharge will be met to enable them to function at optimal levels once they return home.......
