Abstract: Aim: Understanding the nurses' behavior toward up taking the flu vaccination. Methods: Quantitative research,120RN from 10 wards in 3 general hospitals filled questionnaire. Results: Higher vaccination coverage among RNs in Israel was associated with positive perceptions toward the effects of vaccination, previous vaccinations, and younger age and less seniority. The vaccination rate of nurses in pediatrics wards vs. the others was significantly higher. Summary: We demonstrated valuable information to improve the nurses' compliance to be vaccinated, and its results can be used by managers in health care institutes to increase the body of knowledge on the issue.

Abstract: Background and aims: Addiction to internet and mobile phone may be affecting all aspect of student’s life. Knowledge about prevalence and related factors of internet and mobile phone addiction is necessary for planning for prevention and treatment. This study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence of internet and mobile phone addiction among Iranian students. Methods: This cross sectional study conducted from Jun to April 2015 in Rasht Iran. With using stratified sampling method, 581 high school students from two region of Rasht in North of Iran were recruited as the subjects for this study. Data were collected with using demographics questionnaire, Cell phone Overuse Scale (COS), and the Internet Addiction Test (IAT). Abstract: The word suicide has its origin in Latin word "sui"of oneself and "ludium" from caedere, to kill. The act of intentionally destroying one's life. The word suicide first used by Sir Thomas Brown in1642 in his "Religo medici" has evoked a Varity of reaction in public minds. Suicidal ideation, also known as suicidal thoughts, concerns thoughts about or an unusual preoccupation with suicide. Suicidal ideation may be a risk factors for suicidal in both young and elder patient. In younger psychiatric out patients, suicidal ideation seems to predict suicide with 53% sensitivity, 83% specificity and 42% predictive value (Beck et al 1999
