Abstract: Medication errors are considered one of the most common factors that harming patients. It has important effects on increased length of hospitalization, increased mortality and costs. Prevalence rates range widely from 0.2% to 90.6% reflecting differences in the type of medication errors (in the UK) this (incidence and prevalence of this nursing problem. Aim of the study: was to evaluate the effect of instruction guidelines on nurses' performance regarding medication errors & management and to assess the attitude of intern-nurses about medication and its causes. Subjects and Methods: A quasi-experimental design with one group pre, post, and follow-up was utilized to achieve the aim of the study. Abstract: Background: Sexual activity is important to the overall health and well-being of an individual. Sexual dysfunction leads to negative effects on interpersonal and social relationships, and on the well-being and the quality of life of women. The aim of this study is to explore social & interpersonal marital stressors as perceived by working married women with female sexual dysfunction. Methods: A qualitative descriptive phenomenological design was used for this study. A purposive sample of 12 women was recruited based on certain inclusion criteria .The current study was conducted at Cairo University hospitals at Cairo Governorate. Three tools were used to collect the study data: a) Female personal data questionnaire tool; b) Arabic female sexual function index (ArFSFI); and c) Semi-structured interview. Results: The age range of the participant was 26-40 years with a mean age of 33.42 ± 4.59 years; the mean age of marriage was 25.89 ±3.41 years.............

Abstract: Teenage pregnancies remain a key public health concern globally. These pregnancies have been associated with undesirable social and health consequences, such as increased health risk for the child and the mother, social exclusion and missed opportunities for personal development. The present study aimed at investigating the factors associated with teenage pregnancies in Baragoi, Samburu County, Kenya.A cross sectional study design was utilized in this survey. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the study participants. Data were analyzed descriptively and expressed using frequencies and proportions.
