Abstract: Preconception care is the provision of biomedical, behavioral and social health interventions to women and couples before conception occurs. Nurses have a responsibility to involve themselves in providing preconception care to individual women and families whereas the students today are the healthcare providers of tomorrow. Abstract: Background: Adolescents undergoing hemodialysis face unique and complex self-care activities as well as physical, psychological, social, spiritual and family challenges that lead to change the quality of life (QOL) for this teenager group. Aim: the aim of the current study was to assess self-care activities of adolescents undergoing hemodialysis. Design: a descriptive research design was utilized to fit the aim of the current study. Abstract: Urinary tract infection is an infection characterized by bacterial colonization in the urine. Urinary tract infections by various types of bacteria. The purpose of this study has not been found to be related to urinary tract infections in patients who are attached to a catheter. Descriptive research design. The study was conducted from July to November 2018. The sample of this study was 36 patients with urinary tract infections in patients with catheters in the Medan city hospital. The study used an observation sheet. The results of the study involving microscopic habitats were gram-negative bacillus 66.67%, the microorganism found was Escherichia coli at 36.11%. Abstract: The term "Absenteeism" is being used as the practice of regularly staying away from work or school without good reason. Generally, absenteeism may planned or unplanned absence. Now, in these days absenteeism is the greatest problem for the nursing personnel and nursing students in the process of obtaining knowledge, nascence and skill in obtaining the personal and professional goal. It is not only an epidemic peculiar to the universities, but to all public and private hospitals and health care. So, in this concern, an exploratory and descriptive study was conducted on 135 G.N.M nursing students to assess the factors influencing absenteeism among nursing students and to identify the method to reducing it. Findings reveal that among the 7 factors the most influencing factor of absenteeism among nursing students was home related factors (mean =3.42) while study shows least influencing factor was personal factors (mean =2.30). Practical learning should be more encouraging to induce interest in students was the top most strategy chosen by the students to reduce absenteeism.

Abstract: School aged children in Nigeria tend to face a lot of challenges especially in their overall development such as exposure to diseases and many other conditions that can affect their ability . This study therefore evaluates the implementation of the school health programme among schools in Bwari Area Council, FCT. The study employed a descriptive cross-sectional study design. Abstract: Education as a process and displine, and plays an important role in imparting knowledge, methods of teaching, and providing/ maintaining a conducive learning environment. Abstract: Worry and rumination are generally considered a specific cognitive vulnerability factor that seems to be involved in the etiology and maintenance of depressive and anxiety problems. The existing study aimed to investigate the relation among worry, rumination, depressive and anxiety problems among secondary schools' adolescents, hence, a descriptive cross sectional study design was used.
